Tara Stapleton Lutes is adept in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation. She has experience in bad faith litigation, product liability, premises liability, and other insurance coverage. Tara has trial experience in Indiana state and federal courts and has managed numerous summary judgment hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Tara is married to Ben Lutes, a local business owner of a home theater design and installation company. They have a son, Henry, and daughter, Margaret. In her leisure time, Tara enjoys traveling, reading fiction, working on her house and yard, doing yoga, and supporting local charities, especially the Humane Society of Indianapolis.
